Yes, clients will receive a monthly statement that can be submitted to insurance for Out-Of-Network reimbursement. Clients will be responsible for making payments unless insurance reimburses the practice directly.

Clients are required to notify their therapist of any scheduling changes as soon as possible.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a late cancellation fee of $25.
Sessions canceled with less than 2 hours notice, will be charged a last minute cancellation fee of $35.

The therapist will wait up to 15 minutes for the client to log on for a session.
If the client does not log on for a session within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, a No Show fee of $35 will be charged.
Clients must contact their therapist via client portal, email, or text if they are having technical difficulties and/or are unable to log into their session via video call. A phone session can be conducted and no additional charges will be incurred.

Sessions can be rescheduled if the therapist is available at an alternative time.
Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late rescheduling fee of $25, unless the session is rescheduled within the same week, subject to therapist availability.
Sessions rescheduled with less than 2 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $25, even if they are rescheduled for the same week, unless they are rescheduled for the same day subject to therapist availability.
